The client will provide a project brief of requirements and will receive a quote and personalised booking form outlining the proposed delivery of transcripts and estimated deadline.
Ad-hoc hours can be booked as and when needed and are charged per requirement, with no ongoing commitment.

Depending on the type of service you require, we offer a variety of options to suit your needs. Transcripts will be delivered to your preferred requirements, level of security and delivery deadline.
Types of digital recording:
Dictation: one person speaking into a digital recording device.
Interviews: two, occasionally three speakers with minimal interruptions.
Group discussions: structured or unstructured discussions with unlimited number of speakers. Audio can be challenging, and transcription may take considerably longer.
Complex: audio is of a very poor quality, speakers have strong regional or non-UK accents, are of a medical or technical nature or have complex templates. Cost are a little bit higher to account for the additional time to transcribe.
Types of audio transcription:
Verbatim: every word is typed as it is said and includes pauses, filler words, repetition, false starts, stutters, and some non-verbal sounds like laughter or coughing. This level of detail is ideal for qualitative research, focus group discussions, legal proceedings or any situation where capturing every vocal nuance is important.
Intelligent Verbatim (most popular): the transcript reads clearly, omitting false starts, repeated words, filler words, stutters and non-verbal sounds. This is commonly used for interviews, business meetings, academic research, content creation and presentations where the main focus is on the content and provides a clear and concise transcript of the discussion.
Discourse Analysis: includes a high level of detail. JD Transcription limit this form of transcription to include verbatim with tone of voice and pauses (short, medium and long).
AI-generated transcripts:
Online communication platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, etc. provide transcripts of meetings which can be disjointed or unclear due to different accents, dialects and speech patterns. JD Transcription reformats and corrects transcripts into clear and coherent documents.
