Above fees serve as a guideline. Cost per recorded minute, not the length of transcription time
Each project is priced according to audio quality, interview structure, speakers and turnaround time.

Proofreading and Editing

Time is billed in cost-effective 15 minute increments.
Minimum invoice amount is 1 hour, thereafter in 15 minute increments.
Each project is priced according to type of document, complexity and deadline.

Invoices will not include VAT.

Monthly billing payments are strictly 14 days.

Purchase orders for institutions required before work can commence. Payment terms 30 days or subject to agreement.

Payments for ad hoc work required on presentation of invoice.

Minimum invoice amount for proofreading service is 1 hour. 15 minute increments thereafter.

Additional costs agreed beforehand.

Student costs can be spread over two instalments depending on the nature and cost of the work. Subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.

Interest will be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate on the outstanding balance from the date the invoice is due until the date of payment.
